  Most upset at the response to my call, I rang to inform them that my mum had passed away and that there was rather a lot of equipment to pick up, no empathy what so ever just a" we can do that on a certain date", they could not give me a there or there about time which meant I would have to spend day in a house on my own which held such sad memories, I have since rescheduled and I did ask girl on phone if their operators were given any sort of bereavement training to which I got a kurt NO! all other amenities have shown such compassion, training need I believe
